123EasyAI – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by 123EasyAI. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any updates we may introduce.
Updates may be communicated through email, LinkedIn, or posted on our official channels.
2. Services Provided
123EasyAI provides AI Chatbot Creation Services.
This service includes:

  • A fully customized, functional AI chatbot delivered within 1 day of service start.

  • A clear explanation of how the chatbot works and any required steps from the client during setup.

Service Workflow
At the beginning of the service, 123EasyAI will outline:

  • The process of the service

  • What is required from the client

  • How the project will progress from start to completion

Clients must follow the outlined process.
Clients cannot create, modify, or impose their own service procedures, as this may interfere with delivery timelines or service quality.
After Completion
Once the service is completed and the client approves the final chatbot:

  • 123EasyAI does NOT provide ongoing maintenance, updates, or edits.

  • Any change or modification after completion requires purchasing a new chatbot package.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or 21 in the United States).

  • Have access to the internet and the required communication platforms.

4. Account Registration / Setup Requirements
You may be required to create or connect third-party accounts depending on the chatbot integrations you request.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all login details, accounts, and data you provide.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through approved online payment methods.
By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms of any third-party payment processor used.
If a payment fails, 123EasyAI will notify you via LinkedIn or email.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Free cancellation is available within the first 12 hours of the service.

  • Cancellations made after 12 hours will incur a service charge equal to 50% of the original service fee, unless 123EasyAI cannot provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

How to Cancel a Service
To cancel your service, you must send an email to:
123EasyAI@gmail.com
with the subject line:
“Confirm Cancellation of Service”
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the project.

  • Respond to 123EasyAI within 12 hours of any communication or request.

  • Follow the workflow and instructions provided at the start of the service.

  • Maintain confidentiality of any accounts, access permissions, or data.

  • Ensure that any content they provide is lawful.

  • Understand that 123EasyAI does not perform edits, updates, or maintenance after project completion.

Final Review
During the service period, clients will have opportunities to:

  • Request alterations

  • Approve the chatbot before final delivery

Once the project is marked complete and approved, all further edits require a new purchase.
7.a. Communication
All communication for the service will be conducted through:

  • LinkedIn chat

  • Calls scheduled by a 123EasyAI team member

Phone calls outside of these channels are not included in the standard service.
Clients must follow the communication guidelines to maintain clear, documented, and efficient service.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property belonging to 123EasyAI (including processes, methods, pricing, scripts, prompts, templates, and internal workflows) remains the exclusive property of 123EasyAI.
Clients must not disclose, distribute, or replicate this information.
Confidentiality obligations last 20 years from the date of service completion.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
Clients must review and agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Client Conduct
123EasyAI expects all clients to treat our team with respect and professionalism.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services immediately and without refund if a client:

  • Uses abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language

  • Attempts to harm or damage our reputation

  • Engages in behaviour that disrupts the service or working relationship

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The referrals given at the end of the service are not for free as part of the service.
We integrate on these website platforms: Wix, Hostinger, Sqarespace, Framer, Webflow, Weebly, GoDaddy, Shopify or Google Sites.
The term "investment" does not refer or in any way refer to financial return or monetary gain from 123EasyAI.
123EasyAI is not responsible for:

  • The success, performance, or outcomes of your chatbot

  • Third-party services, integrations, or content or our referrals performance in any way

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Modifications to Terms
123EasyAI may update these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or LinkedIn.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Repercussions
Violations of these Terms or the Privacy Policy may result in:

  • Service termination

  • Legal action under applicable contract, confidentiality
