123EasyAI – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At 123EasyAI, we are committed to providing quality AI chatbot creation services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. Please read the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Free Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their service free of charge within 12 hours of submitting their AI chatbot request. After this 12-hour period, cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge based on the original service fee, unless 123EasyAI is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures, force majeure events, or emergencies). In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.

How to Cancel:
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to 123EasyBookinghelp@gmail.com, with the subject line clearly indicating:
"Confirm Cancellation of Service" (for one-time AI chatbot services)

2. Refund Requests

Refunds will only be considered if 123EasyAI is unable to deliver the service for any reason, including technical issues, unforeseen circumstances where 123EasyAI cannot complete the service, or events beyond our control.

Refund Timeline:
Please note that all refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and returned to the original payment method, depending on banking and payment processing times.

Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, such as administrative or processing fees, are non-refundable, except in cases where 123EasyAI has made a clear error or failed to deliver the service.

3. Service Modifications or Postponements

Modifications:
123EasyAI does not offer modifications to AI chatbot services after completion. Any requests for changes after the service has been delivered will be politely declined.

4. Force Majeure

123EasyAI shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved under UK law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue before seeking external dispute resolution options.

6. Modifications to the Policy

123EasyAI reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
